Quality Technician/Engineer

Zenith People are working with our client who are looking to recruit an experienced Quality Assurance Technician/Engineer on a permanent basis. The main purpose of the role will be to ensure that all internal Quality documentation, processes & procedures are up to date and in line with ISO 9001 Standards. Duties are as follows:- Main Duties & Responsibilities * Working with the in-house team to support with Internal Audit programs and Quality Management Systems * Carrying out system audits * 8D Problem solving * Dealing with all internal non conformances * Focussing on the continuous improvement of process & procedures * Auditing internal processes * Internal Auditor status preferred, not essential The Person we are looking for * Minim 2 years’ experience in a quality Technician or Engineer role * Experience working and supporting to maintain quality management system * Experience of working to ISO9001 standard. * ISO 9001 Internal Auditor qualification preferred * Strong communication skills in all forms * Strong computer skills i.e. Excel / Power point * Excellent organisational and time management skills * A positive attitude to dealing with people and problems * A hands-on problem-solving approach, with ability to generate ideas and solutions * Experience with 8D problem solving. * Experience dealing with internal and external non-conformances. * The ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail * The ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks * The ability to work independently and have responsibility as an individual, as well as being able to integrate and operate as part of a team To apply, please click apply now
