We are working with a leading provider of engineering and facilities management services, currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join their rapidly growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to work on high-profile projects, helping to deliver accurate and competitive bids that support business growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for new business opportunities and tenders, with a focus on hard services and engineering. Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to produce comprehensive cost estimates. Work closely with internal teams, including sales, project management, and engineering, to develop competitive bids. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to secure accurate pricing and ensure cost-effective solutions. Identify risks within cost estimates and propose strategies to mitigate them. Continuously review and improve cost estimation processes for better accuracy.What We're Looking For: Experience: 2-5 years in a similar Estimator role, ideally within hard services or engineering. Skills: Proven track record in cost estimation, with strong knowledge of engineering processes, materials, and labour costs. Education: Minimum of 2 A-levels (or equivalent qualifications).
