Delivery Driver / Regional Merchandiser 12 hours per week over 2 days. We are excited to be recruiting for a part time Merchandiser who will be part of our Merchandising team where you will be responsible for supporting and developing our Off-Trade Business. This role will involve you delivering our products to our Off-Trade Business. You will ensure that our products are merchandised to high standards, gaining off shelf space within stores to increase rate of sale across the Adnams brands. You will thrive on building and maintaining solid relations with our customers, the major supermarkets within East Anglia whilst enhancing the Adnams name. Ensuring strong communication and a passion for opportunity and success are the foundations for this team! A large proportion of this role will involve delivering stock to the stores, ensuring products are on display, therefore you should have a great eye for detail and be physically fit. You will have the ability to work independently and take ownership of actions whilst being resilient and committed as well as being flexible with your working hours and supporting with evening and weekend tasting events when required. Being prepared to go the extra mile to ensure we exceed customer satisfaction is essential in this role. Further key areas will include: Conducting Staff training with the supermarkets employees Organising and holding taster sessions Delivery of stock What's in it for you?
