Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! You will be supporting the efficient running of the Finance function whilst assisting in optimising profitability within the business. Working as part of a vibrant team, you’ll be exceeding expectations and leaving no query unresolved!You will be supporting across 6 properties within the cluster, which include Leeds, Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Sheffield, Gateshead with the base property at Leonardo Hotel Bradford. You will be required to travel to the other properties within the cluster on an ad-hoc basis with some overnight stays.If you our ideal Cluster Accounts Assistant, you will: Be yourself! Ensure all banking transactions are reconciled and keyed into the financial systemAudit performance reviews of daily revenue processedParticipate in the month end accounts processes, ensuring accurate preparation of financial reportsSupport preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and valuation of stock takes at property level and across the clusterEnsure effective and timely communication of business performance and opportunities to all levels of managementHave knowledge or SAP and Opera – don’t worry if not, we can teach you!Have previous experience in similar roleWhy come join us?We look after our colleagues just as well as we look after our guests.
