Key Responsibilities: * Create and manage detailed budgets for multiple live projects, circa £4mil. * Prepare interim contract applications and negotiate final accounts. * Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence. * Collaborate with project managers to track costs and monitor financial performance. Requirements Qualifications and Experience: * Proven experience in commercial management within the construction industry (ideally within facades or as a subcontractor). * Strong understanding of project management principles and budgeting
