In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the account management department to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service Manager, your key responsibilities would be:
- Managing, guiding and mentoring the team of Account Managers.
- Handling escalated client complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
- Monitoring and analysing customer feedback to improve service standards.
- Collaborating with other departments such as Production, to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensuring customer queries are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
- Carrying out managerial duties in line with the team, such as 1-2-1's, appraisals, etc.
The Customer Service Manager Requirements are:
- Proven experience within a Manufacturing or Electronics Manufacturing environment.
- A tenacity for leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
