Secondary School History Teacher - Urgent!
Are you a passionate History Teacher looking for your next challenge?
Our client, a highly regarded and outstanding secondary school in Wolverhampton, is seeking a talented and enthusiastic History Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis starting after half-term.
Your new role
Delivering engaging and informative history lessons to students in KS3- KS5
Creating stimulating learning environments to inspire a love of history
Assessing and monitoring student progress to inform teaching and learning
Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the History curriculum
Part-time: working Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
What you'll need to succeed
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
A degree in History or a related subject
Strong subject knowledge and passion for history
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Experience teaching History at GCSE and A-Level
Proven track record of raising student attainment
Ability to differentiate teaching to cater for diverse learning needs
