This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader to take charge of daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement across the business.   Job Purpose: The Senior Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of on-plant logistics, managing shift performance and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and environmental standards. You will play a key role in the continuous improvement of operations, ensuring that both the business and customer needs are met at the highest levels of efficiency and quality.   Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage shift performance within logistics areas, ensuring smooth daily operations. Ensure all Health & Safety and environmental legislative requirements are adhered to. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring operational excellence. Support the development and training of staff to meet company and customer requirements. Proactively drive cost and performance improvements at all operational levels. Oversee the implementation of the Shop Floor Management concept across the business. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in strategic operational management within logistics or a similar sector. Strong understanding of continuous improvement practices and the ability to motivate teams. Experience with Health & Safety and budget control. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
