About the role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate EYFS Teacher to join our team, bringing joy, curiosity, and creativity to the classroom every day. Your role will be to support young learners at the very start of their academic journey, providing a safe and stimulating space where they can explore, learn, and grow.

You’ll have the freedom to design fun, imaginative lessons that encourage both structured learning and free play, building strong educational foundations for future years. This is a fantastic long-term role with opportunities to collaborate with experienced EYFS educators and contribute to the school’s vision for early years excellence.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Proven experience in Early Years teaching or equivalent educational setting. • Excellent classroom management skills with a caring and encouraging attitude. • Strong commitment to developing young learners academically, socially, and emotionally. • Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to undergo the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum. • Foster a warm, inclusive atmosphere that celebrates each child’s individuality. • Track and monitor student progress, using data to adapt lesson plans and activities. • Build strong partnerships with parents, caregivers, and school staff. • Support social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
