Role - Electrical Days Engineer
Location - Westminster (Central London)
Company - Major Player in the Facilities Maintenance sector
Hours - Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 4.30pm, 40 hours per week
What you get in return - £43,000 Per annum + Package
Estimated Earnings - £53,000 Per annum (Unlimited OT on site)There's a permanent opportunity for you here as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join one our iconic Government sites in London (Westminster).
The Role
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to building services equipment
Carrying out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks allocated
Carrying out inspections, fault finding and diagnosis
Ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with agreed service levels
Completing job sheets electronically on a Tablet or Smartphone
Maintaining site based records and log books
Carrying out general cleaning and housekeeping to maximise life expectancy of all equipment
Proactively working to reduce energy consumption on client sites and recommending improvements
Working to all health, safety, compliance and local policies and procedures
Maintaining excellent relationships with our customers - face to face, telephone and email Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 4.30pm, 40 hours per week Benefits

City & Guilds Electrical or Equivalent
18th Edition
Commercial building maintenance experience in a customer facing environment
