Miryco Consultants are working with a globally leading Specialist Insurance Broker to grow their marketing function. This individual will be versatile and experienced, capable of taking ownership of developing industry-leading strategies, inventive print, digital, social, podcasting and video campaigns, digital & content marketing and running major events across the London Market. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic asset to the function, acting as the firm's external voice across the UK and Europe Key Responsibilities: Lead divisional marketing efforts by creating and executing effective campaigns and materials. Adapt communication style for various senior stakeholders with strong written and interpersonal skills. Manage multiple projects efficiently with solid project management abilities. Develop and deliver campaigns across various platforms, including print, digital, social, podcast, and video. Produce marketing collateral, collaborate with external agencies, and manage content and branded materials. Support marketing operations, run events, and maintain digital channels while ensuring brand consistency across divisions. Requirements: Minimum 3 years' marketing experience within any professional services sector. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, adept at engaging with diverse individuals.
