If you answered yes to the above this SEN TA role is for you! The Role - SEN TA We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate SEN TA to join a forward thinking SEN School to start an exciting new journey! You will be working with students with ASD and Challenging Behaviour Supporting classroom teacher with daily classroom duties 1:1 intervention and small group work with students Help with personal care will be required Experience using PECS and Makaton is highly desirable Team Teach training desirable but not essential Candidate Specification - SEN TA Energetic and proactive SEN TA Team Teach training 1 year minimum working within SEN Setting (does not need to be classroom based) Experience working with ASD and Challenging Behaviour Ability to think fast and diffuse challenging situations quickly and effectively PECS and Makaton experience ideal The School - SEN TA Hillingdon Location ASD & Challenging Behaviour 95 students on roll between the ages of 7 - 19 Graded as a 'Outstanding ' School in November 2023 High achieving, forward thinking SEN School If this SEN TA role sounds like the job for you apply or contact the Education Team at Teach360 today
