Salary: £25,000 DOE + £5,000 Bonus OTE This is based on 40 hours. So Prorata for P/t. Flexible on what hours.

Competitive Salary: Up to £25,000 (DOE)

Your Role:
Sales Target Success: Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
Client Relationships: Build lasting relationships with buyers and sellers, guiding them through the sales process with expert advice.
Effective Communication: Handle inquiries, negotiate deals, and keep clients informed at every stage.

What We're Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in an estate agent as Sales Negotiator or property sales environment.
