Oncology Training Manager
London - Hybrid - outside IR35 - 12 months - £450 per day
As an Oncology Training Manager, you will ensure our teams are adequately trained and always up to date in all scientific areas related to the relevant tumour type in terms of disease, treatment, and guidelines.
You will roll out agile and innovative solutions to deliver scientific training and updates, exploiting digital and omnichannel approaches as well as new technologies.
As an Oncology Training Manager you will also liaise with the Global Oncology Training and Development team to build or customize existing training materials and ensure all local training material is always up to date.
Skills needed for Oncology Training Manager:
Training experience in Pharma environment (Oncology experience advantageous) Experience in digital & omnichannel approaches and new technologies
Experience developing and delivering training programs
Excellence in leading/facilitating in a team
Excellence in Coaching
Strategic and creative thinking
Change management
Training and development experience in a secondary care selling environment.
APBI qualified
Nice to have for Oncology Training Manage:
Sales or Head Office experience in pharmaceuticals
Experience in developing bespoke capability programs for different functions
Understanding of customer engagement programs and training
Advanced communication and influencing skills
