Site Manager - Commercial Refurbishment Project Location: Coventry, UK Salary: £240-£280 per day Job Type: Contract We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial refurbishment project in Coventry. This role is perfect for a driven and detail-oriented professional who can lead a team, manage schedules, and ensure that all project milestones are met efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities: Site Management: Oversee daily operations, manage contractors, and ensure all work aligns with project specifications and quality standards. Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety policies on-site to maintain a safe working environment. Project Coordination: Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to keep everyone updated on project progress. Budget & Schedule Management: Monitor the project budget, manage resources effectively, and ensure timelines are met. Requirements: Experience: Proven background in managing commercial refurbishment projects. Skills: Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Certifications: SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card (black or gold preferred). Location: Must be able to commute to Coventry daily.
