Class 1 Tramping Northamptonshire

Location: Corby Salary: £17/£19 Type: Full-Time, 40+ hours per week About Us: Advance Staff are looking for a HGV1 Tramper to work for our reliable client in Corby, Northamptonshire that are a leading logistics provider committed to delivering excellence in transportation services. Role Overview: We are seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for transporting goods across the UK, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to safety regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities: * Safely operate HGV Class 1 vehicles. * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. * Ensure compliance with traffic laws and regulations. * Deliver goods to customers on time and in good condition. * Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork. * Communicate effectively with the operations team and customers. * Report any vehicle maintenance issues promptly. * Flexible start times Qualifications: * Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) driving license. * CPC qualification and tachograph card. * Proven experience in a similar driving role. * Strong knowledge of road regulations and safety procedures. * Excellent time management and communication skills. * A proactive and responsible attitude towards work.
