Team Leader - Westcott

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Team Leader for our client based in Westcott.

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Working Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations while actively participating in the execution of tasks. This role requires a combination of leadership skills and a strong work ethic.

Hours: 7:45-6 pm (40 hours a week)

Salary: 26,000 - 29,000

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the team
• Ensure the quality and efficiency of work performed
• Mentor team members performance
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Maintain a safe and productive working environment
• Maintain stock inventory

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory/managing a team
• Proven experience in a leadership role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
