This innovative provider is seeking a Registered Care Home Manager to oversee their residential care home in Lincolnshire. The Registered Care Home Manager in Lincoln will: - Oversee the running of an established residential care home and ensure its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. - Oversee an established care and ancillary team and ensure they are effectively trained, motivated and The Registered Care Home Manager in Lincoln will need: - Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification. - Experience in managing residential care homes for the Elderly. - Track record in driving improvements in compliance and occupancy.
