Come and lead a dynamic and fast-paced Marketing team, where you'll build strong relationships with customers and suppliers while delivering an exceptional service. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager, reporting directly in to the Managing Director, you will play a pivitol role in enhancing the digital marketing presence, optimising campaigns and closely collaborating with sales and account management to ensure allignment between marketing and sales to support the ambitions for growth.
We’re seeking an experienced, driven B2B Marketing leader to help our client grow by developing and executing innovative strategies that generate leads, drive customer acquisition, and increase market share. You'll engage with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners, to drive growth and contribute to strategic ambitions.
What You'll be doing:
Lead the marketing team in creating strategies that generate high-quality leads via email campaigns, paid ads, social media, SEO, and content marketing.
Track and analyse marketing performance, optimising efforts to improve conversion rates and ROI.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, and identifying new opportunities for high-value leads.
Lead content creation for blogs, case studies, email marketing, and landing pages.
Monitor campaign performance, leveraging data analytics to guide decisions and refine strategies.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales goals, while developing marketing collateral to support sales efforts.
Organise webinars, events, and workshops to engage existing clients and attract new business.
Plan and execute B2B campaigns to boost brand visibility and drive demand.
Partner with external vendors to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
Shape the company’s data strategy to support data-driven decision-making and value generation.About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3+ years of B2B marketing experience.
Proven expertise in lead generation and digital marketing.
Proficient in Salesforce and CRM systems integration with marketing efforts.
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Analytical, data-driven approach with the ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust strategies.
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and digital platforms like Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and Salesforce.
