Project Manager - Change / Transformation £53,000 per annum Long Stratton, Norwich, Norfolk Temporary, Full Time Full Time - 37hrs per week - Fixed Term (12 Months) - Hybrid Working Proposed Interview Dates: 6th-8th November (TBC) We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to be a part of a change program which will enable and deliver the Inspiring Saffron Strategy. Key responsibilities include: * Work with and support the change delivery team with the project management of all projects within the change program. * Support with the development of the Project management framework within Saffron. * Manage individual project teams ensuring all members remain accountable for delivery of their roles and responsibilities. * Develop detailed project plans, with interdependencies across the programme identified, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility. * Work with Head of Change Delivery and change delivery team to share excellent project management governance and working practices to enable improved project management skills across the organisation. Our ideal candidate will have: * Proven experience as a project manager in the service and process improvement, preferably with experience of agile project management. * Proven and demonstrable project management skills including planning, budgeting, scheduling and risk management. * Ability to effectively communicate with, manage and engage key stakeholders. * Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in project management software tools including Microsoft products and Smartsheet. * Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
