Role Details: Location: Southwark, London Sector: B&I Contract Catering Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum Schedule: MondayFriday Start Date: Early 2025 Key Responsibilities: As the Head Chef for our clients new Southwark site, you will lead the culinary vision for Hospitality, Retail, and Events in a location set to host 3,000 employees once fully operational. Youll oversee a brigade of up to 15 chefs, delivering top-quality, sustainable, and innovative cuisine. Working directly with on-site clients, youll establish strong relationships to understand and exceed expectations for each event and dining experience.
