Description As a Customer Service Advisor you will be dealing with incoming calls from customers handling a range of enquiries and ensuring excellent product knowledge. You will be dealing with sales calls recommending the best products for them building excellent relationships. The role will also involve providing technical support troubleshooting problems and coming to a resolution for the customer.
