Our client is a leading provider of energy assessment services, dedicated to helping businesses reduce their energy consumption and improve sustainability. Due to their continued success and rapid growth, they are currently seeking a qualified Non-Domestic Energy Assessor to join their dynamic team and contribute to their mission of promoting energy efficiency across various sectors.

Role Overview: As a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting energy assessments of commercial properties, analyzing energy use, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance energy performance. You will play a crucial role in supporting clients in compliance with energy regulations and achieving their sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough energy assessments of non-domestic properties, including offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.
  • Analyze energy consumption patterns and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Prepare detailed energy reports and recommendations based on assessment findings.
  • Stay updated on relevant legislation and industry best practices to ensure compliance and provide informed advice.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop energy management strategies and implement solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in energy assessment or energy management within non-domestic environments.
  • Strong understanding of energy efficiency measures, technologies, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in using energy assessment software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
