Operations Manager

An operational leadership role heading up a small - medium sized plant with a forward thinking, fast paced manufacturing organisation. Client Details Based near Redditch, this 100 head manufacturing site plays an important role in the wider UK operation of a market leading fast paced manufacturer. The organisation boast consistent YOY growth and a considerable presence in their industry. With further growth plans, the Operations Manager will join the organisation at an exciting time and with the foundations in place to impact significant long term change. Description Reporting into the Group Operations Manager, the Operations Manager will lead production, engineering and warehousing via a leadership team of 3. You will have responsibility for a suite of metrics and the expectation to increase capacity, develop systems and grow a high performance culture across the site. The Operations Manager will play key role in integrating CAPEX and driving performance across existing production lines. You will work closely with group CI and engineering functions and alongside the other Operations Manager across the UK to continue the growth of the business.
