Software Engineer Based in Stevenage (Some Remote Working) £65.00 - £70.00 per hour (InsideIR35) Must hold active SC Clearance Required Skills C++11 Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 Wind River Workbench, Linux SDK (or equivalent) Windows host based development VxWorks 7 and Linux target RTOS development DOORS requirements management High Integrity Software Agile development using Azure DevOps ALM Demonstrable experience of delivering software within a software teamResponsibilities: Act as the technical Lead and be responsible for the delivery of software artifacts (code and documentation) Ensure software is developed and released in accordance with company process Engage with engineering management and key stakeholders to provide progress updates. Completion of work items assigned from Sprint planning meetings. Completion of a work item consists of: Updates to the DOORS requirements modules Updates to the DOORS test specification module Updates to the relevant Design C++11 Code updates Updates to unit an integration tests Execution of host and target test suites Rework of work item review comments provided by other team members Completion of documentation deliverables and internal documents to ensure compliance with internal process. Demonstration of completed work items merged into the Git Develop branches at 3 weekly Sprint Review meetings Review of work items completed by other team members
