Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Location: Scotland Company: Global Electrical Distributor Position Overview: As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in Scotland and Northern Ireland. You will lead a team of sales representatives, develop strategic sales plans, and build strong relationships with key clients to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. * Lead, mentor, and support the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region. * Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. * Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. * Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management. * Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align initiatives. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably within Electrical Manufacturing or similar * Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions. * A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
