The Role As the Fabric Maintenance Operative, you’ll play a crucial role in the following: * Painting and decorating * Fire door maintenance * Carpentry and building services * Minor mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks * Assisting with planned and reactive maintenance requirements on-site. * Mobile role requiring travel to various locations. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in the role of Fabric Maintenance Operative, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role: * We are keen to speak to experienced Maintenance Fabric Operatives who are qualified to NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry and Joinery. * Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential. * Strong communication skills. * Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
