Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working with early years students, particularly in a primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for nurturing young learners and a commitment to their development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and curiosity.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to promote growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to keep them informed of their child’s progress and well-being.
