The Role: As a Sales Executive, you'll be stepping into a dynamic team with a proven track record of success. You’ll collaborate closely with the established Sales and Account Management teams to build relationships and close deals. Your day-to-day will involve: * Handling both inbound and outbound enquiries from potential clients. Whether they call you, or you call them, your mission is to turn them into raving fans. * Working towards both team and individual sales targets—because who doesn’t love smashing goals? * Building and nurturing relationships with new prospects like they’re long-lost friends. * Crafting compelling emails that turn curiosity into conversions. The kind of emails even your spam folder would envy. * Collaborating with various departments across the business to ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. What you need to bring to the table: * At least 1 year of B2B or B2C sales experience (if you’ve got the knack for selling, we’re listening). * Proven ability to nurture leads from the first "hello" through to closing the deal. * Top-tier communication skills—whether you're on the phone or firing off emails, you know how to get your point across. * A love for outbound sales calls. Seriously, you get a thrill from dialling up potential clients! * Team spirit. You know when to step up solo, and when to work with your team to hit those targets.
