We are now looking for a Warehouse Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working night shifts between 10pm and 9am. The Role As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing night shift operations at our site in Erith. You will manage daily inbound and outbound warehousing processes and KPI performance, ensuring compliance and providing strong people management and development for your team. Additionally, you will: - Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed and product damage is minimised - Communicate effectively through briefings and day-to-day interactions with the team - Manage and monitor team performance through objective setting and mentoring - Drive continuous improvement using Kaizen and Right First-Time principles - Support employee welfare, providing guidance and support when necessary About You To be considered as a Warehouse Manager, you will need: - Proven leadership qualities with experience managing a busy FMCG warehouse - Experience in warehouse management - The ability to work in a highly organised and proactive manner - Good knowledge of operational practices - Strong people management and motivational skills The closing date for this role is 16/11/2024.
