We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join a privately owned, well-run, growing Principle Contractor, based in Reading
They are delivering a wide range of multi-disciplinary refurbishment & new build projects & need a Construction PM capable of running up to 3 projects at anyone time. Project values range from 250k to 5 million & often incorporate Construction, Structural, Interiors and M&E Services Packages.
Projects are typically located in Greater London & the Home Counties across a range of sectors including F1, Light Industrial, Commercial & Public sectors.
Reporting to the Operations Director you will be responsible for managing subcontractors , working closely with each client whilst managing project budgets.
The successful candidate will have a Construction related qualification and be able to demonstrate managing the delivery of multi-disciplined Construction Projects to time and budget.
With an opportunity to quickly progress to Contracts Manager, the role attracts a basic salary of 75k- 90k ( DOE) plus company car/car allowance, pension, medical, company bonus & 25 days holiday ( + BH).
