Account Executive Our client is a growing software start-up business providing a range solutions to corporate hiring & HR teams on a global scale. They’ve seen fantastic growth since their establishment and have doubled their ARR in the past year alone; example clients include the likes of Sony, HelloFresh & Deliveroo. Having recently secured north of £5M in funding, they are now looking to grow their team internationally, including an Account Executive in the UK; this individual will work closely with the wider Sales & Leadership team to develop & define the sales processes within the organization whilst managing the full sales cycle. This is a hybrid role with three days per week in their London office. Responsibilities Identify & prospect new business opportunities across a range of business-types & sectors Manage the full sales cycle through to contract negotiation and deal closure Maintain a high-level understanding of full product offering, becoming an expert and effective ambassador for the organization Maintain long-term relationships with all key stakeholders Collaborate with internal teams where necessary Build strong network & relationships with key organisations within the space Maintain up to date knowledge of competitor activities and industry trends The Successful Candidate 3 years software / SaaS sales experience, carrying individual quota Experience selling into the corporate recruitment / talent acquisition / HR teams Experience working within a start-up environment would be beneficial Commutable to London three times per week Account Executive Package Basic salary: £65,000-75,000 OTE: x2 Home working set up budget Healthcare options Pension options 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
