As the Headteacher of this pioneering school, you’ll have the chance to: Establish a learning environment that empowers students and changes lives. Shape the school's culture, values, and curriculum from day one. Lead with vision and innovation, guiding the school through its foundational stages and setting the standard for excellence.Key Responsibilities: Craft and drive the school’s vision, ethos, and values. Design a cutting-edge curriculum that caters to diverse learners. Build and develop a talented team, fostering a collaborative culture with high expectations. Ensure top-tier standards of safety, safeguarding, and student wellbeing. Forge strong partnerships with the Local Authority, external agencies, parents, and the wider community. Manage the school’s financial resources to ensure sustainability. Lead the school through Ofsted inspections, aiming to exceed all regulatory standards.What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership experience within the education sector.
