This includes roles such as: Teacher/Cover TeacherAcademic CoachProgress TutorThese roles will be on a sessional basis and play a pivotal part in delivering excellent teaching and learning to our students. This is a brand-new role and an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in supporting young learners in education across various departments. You will be enthusiastic and able to demonstrate the ability to motivate and engage learners, have strong interpersonal and organisational skills, and work effectively in a large cross-curricular team. You also will possess excellent planning and administration skills and be able to work to deadlines as well as being flexible in your approach to work. Teacher/Cover TeacherAs a teacher you would deliver inspiring teaching and learning and monitor progress in lessons. You will ensure all learners are on track to achieve their target grades through implementing appropriate assessments and providing high quality feedback. A teaching qualification is desirable, however we may be able to offer specific training for this role. As a cover teacher you will supervise students completing work set by teachers. Progress TutorAs a progress tutor you will manage and coach a case load of learners to ensure that our students become independent and progress successfully. You will deliver inspiring tutorial support.Academic CoachAs an academic coach, you will be responsible for supporting students academically across one of our pathways.
