SERVICE ADVISOR | HANWORTH £32,000 Basic Salary + £4,000 Bonus (£36,000 OTE) 08:00 – 18:00 (Mon-Fri) + 08:00 – 13:00 (1 Saturday Per Month) A highly reputable dealership based in the Hanworth area are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join their team. SERVICE ADVISOR – RESPONSIBILITIES: * Day to day office administration duties * Professionally dealing with incoming telephone calls * Work in progress (WIP) control for workshop * Deal with customer needs face-to-face and over the phone with a professional, friendly approach * MOT and service scheduling * Updating customers with vehicle progress * Assist with other duties as and when required SERVICE ADVISOR – SKILLS REQUIRED: * Excellent customer service skills * Proven organisational skills * Proven administrative skills * Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills * Ability to work as a part of a team as well as on own initiative * Computer literate * Able to work on own initiative and under pressure * Good working knowledge of Microsoft systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Knowledge of the automotive industry and of the Autoline computer system would be desirable Please APPLY via this advert today for more information
