Deputy Production Manager Fraserburgh, Scotland Up to £40,000 DOE + Increasing Holidays (Up to 6.6 Weeks) + Onsite Parking Monday to Friday 45 Hours per Week Deputy Production Manager required for a well-established and successful food manufacturer with a company history of over 50 years. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to play an integral role within a company well known for the quality of its products. The successful candidate will have proven leadership experience and would suit either an experienced production manager or equivalent or a team lead / supervisor or equivalent looking to take the next step in their career. Reporting into the Factory Manager, the Deputy Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations on the factory floor. You will oversee multiple departments such as filleting, freezing, scallops and smoking, made up of a team of 200, overseen by a team of eight supervisors. Deputy Production Manager Oversee day to day activities on the factory floor Support the Factory Manager plan and coordinate production plans Directly supervise 8 team leaders Work with teams liaising with QA, Maintenance and logistics Inspect quality of products Deputy Production Manager Role: Leadership experience – management or team leader / supervisor or equivalent Seafood experience ideal Working knowledge of HACCP or equivalent
