Chefs of All levels (Multiple Positions Available) We are seeking passionate and talented Chefs of All Calibers to join our dynamic kitchen team at Nuthurst Grange. We have openings for multiple chef positions, including Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, and more, to help us deliver an outstanding culinary experience across a wide range of dining occasions, from fine dining to casual meals and special events. Whether you specialize in a specific culinary area or thrive in multiple disciplines, we want chefs who can bring creativity, excellence, and professionalism to our renowned kitchen. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality dishes and want to work in a prestigious, fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities (varies by position): Assist in the preparation and presentation of a wide variety of dishes, ensuring consistency and high standards.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operation, whether preparing fine dining meals, casual lunches, or catering for large-scale events and weddings.
Take part in menu development and contribute innovative ideas, focusing on seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and hygiene, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory and assist with food ordering, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
Train and support junior kitchen staff, fostering a productive and positive kitchen environment.
Prepare dishes according to dietary needs or specific guest requests, where applicable.
Requirements and Skills: Proven experience in a professional kitchen, relevant to the specific position applied for.
A passion for cooking and a commitment to culinary excellence.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
