Job Title: Registered Manager Location: Stockport Pay rate: Between 40k - 50k depending on experience Job Type: Full-time, permanent Shift and schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (oncall at the weekends)   Priority Recruitment are excited to present this brand-new opportunity for a Registered Manager in a children’s residential home in Preston. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and support a team looking after a group of young people.   Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary: Between 40K-50K depending on experience Extra £10K bonus to earn if targets are met. £5K bonus for referring candidates On-site parking. The ability to make a significant difference in other people’s life.  Client and Role: Our client has a brand-new opportunity working in a children’s residential care home The aim of the home is to help the residents develop and maintain the necessary social and living skills to enjoy a fulfilling life whilst ensuring their physical and emotional care needs are also met. Leading and inspiring a staff team and take responsibility of their training, development, supervisions, and rotas. Being a positive role model to the children and young people. Delivering the Children’s Standards in the home.  Successful Applicant: Must have previous supervisory experience in a residential childcare setting. Full UK driving license is required.
