Hays Business Support are working with an exciting business based in Wolverhampton. Due to growth within the business they are looking to expand their Sales and Customer Service team. This is a full time, permanent position based in their office located within the Wolverhampton area.

Your new role

• Processing orders
• Processing inbound queries
• Support the retention and growth of the customer base
• Updating customer details
• Advising on products and offering alternatives
• Form meaningful customer relationships
• Liaising with warehouse and distribution
• Log customer issues
• General administrative duties

• Experience in customer service and sales is ESSENTIAL
• Good administration skills
