Qualifications: Previous experience in a care role is preferred but not essential. A caring, compassionate nature and a strong commitment to client well-being. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualification certifications required, e.g., NVQ in Health and Social Care.
