Position: Domiciliary Care Assistant Location: Ipswich, Colchester, Braintree, and Brentwood, and London. Employment Type: Part time/Full time Salary: Competitive, based on experience £12.15-£15.00 ph. Provide companionship and emotional support. Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client health. Qualifications: Previous experience in a care role is preferred but not essential. A caring, compassionate nature and a strong commitment to client well-being. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualification certifications required, e.g., NVQ in Health and Social Care. Qualifications Strong Manual Handling skills Effective Interpersonal Skills for patient communication Experience in Patient Care and administering Medicine Knowledge of Health & Safety protocols Previous experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous Certification or training in healthcare assistance is preferred
