Job Title: Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter Job Type:  Permanent Location: Kent Start Date:  ASAP Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5pm (overtime available) Salary:  £35,000 per annum (+Van and Fuel card) Are you a Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter looking for work? Our client is a leading maintenance contractor and looking for experienced individuals to work on Reactive & Void properties around the Kent area,on their Social Housing maintenance contract. Duties & Responsibilities of a Multi Skill Operative – Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter: As the Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter you’ll be required to carry out reactive and planned maintenance works on void properties. As the Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter you’ll be required to have good skills with carpentry and plumbing experience As the Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter you’ll ideally have a good variety of skills - Must have experience and be able plumb (with solder joints) fit kitchens and bathrooms, carpentry, tile and patch plaster.
