Actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a Principal contractor that has been operating in the Construction Industry for over 30 years. This contractor operates across the residential, commercial, heritage, health care and education sector with an annual turnover of circa £100million. About the Project Manager role The Project Manager will be responsible for a £30million residential scheme from PCSA, pre-construction through to delivery and handover. You will be number one on site reporting into the Construction Director and Commercial Director. Whilst working alongside the design team you will be heavily involved in the PCSA and programming before the project goes to site. You will then deliver the project which is expected to be a 2 year build. This project is close to TFL railway line and therefore prior experience of working with Network rail is essential. Responsbilities of the Project Manager Create and deliver the programme of the Residential build with the support of the design team, prior to submitting to the client for approval. Manage Site staff and the Subcontractors whilst ensuring operations are compliant to Health & Safety regulations. Quality Assurance Tendering for the Subcontractors Ensure the project runs to programme and within budgetRequirements for the Project Manager position Successfully delivered multiple Residential projects of a similar value from start to finish as the number one on site Strong background in RC Frame structures Prior experience of working alongside Network Rail SMSTS CSCS Background in Pre-construction desiredWhat we offer Competitive salary and package The opportunity to work with a well established Principal contractor that promotes opportunity and progression.
