Seeking an experienced construction Estimator in Hampshire with a salary of £50,000 to £60,000 + benefits.

Your new role
As a Construction Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of office fitout projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing detailed cost estimates by analysing project plans and specifications.
  • Evaluating offers from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Conducting site visits to gather essential information.
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates.
  • Identifying potential cost-saving opportunities and risks.
  • Preparing and presenting detailed reports and bids.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience as a Construction Estimator.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
