Maths Teacher (KS3/KS4) Location: Romford Salary: Competitive (MPS / UPS Outer London Area) Start Date: ASAP (November 4th 2024) We are currently recruiting for a Key Stage 3/4 Maths Teacher on behalf of a progressive and inclusive school, committed to delivering high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment for all students. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced teacher to make a real difference. Your Role: * Plan and deliver engaging maths lessons for KS3 and KS4 students. * Support students facing barriers to learning, including social, emotional, and mental health needs. * Use student data to inform planning and assessment, ensuring positive outcomes. * Collaborate with colleagues to create high-quality resources and link lessons to PHSE and British values. * Lead support staff in the classroom and maintain a positive learning environment with high expectations for behaviour. * Act as a mentor to students, fostering resilience and motivation.
