Person Specification: * MRICS qualified – Chartered Building Surveyor * You will have proven experience in the residential sector * Located in North, North East or East London or willing to service these areas Roles & Responsibilities: Work will typically cover a broad range of project and professional work, split 50/50. * Building Surveys * Contract Administration * Project coordination of refurbishment schemes * Party Wall Surveying * Building Pathology Reports (Defect Reports) * Reinstatement Cost Assessments * Capital Expenditure Plans * Specification writing Salary & Package: Package of £50,000 – £65,000 dependent on experience. * £4k Car Allowance * Transparent Performance Related bonuses * Discretionary Annual Bonus * 25 Days Holiday. Plus Bank Holidays * RICS membership fees * Out of Pocket Expenses * Laptop/iPad * Mobile * Pension Hours of Work. 38.75 Hours per week. Flexible Working. Home based, office based or Hybrid.
