CAD Technician

AutoCAD Technician Job in Ferndown Our client is a specialist within the manufacturing and construction industry. They are looking to recruit a new a AutoCAD Technician. The role of the AutoCAD Technician will be to work within their existing Contracts team. Salary and Benefits: * A salary of circa £28,000 - £30,000 per annum * Annual performance related bonus * Working Monday - Friday 9.00 am – 5.30 pm * Company pension scheme Duties and Responsibilities: * Managing projects from initial design stage through to manufacture * Producing drawings using AutoCAD * Preparing Technical and Sample submittals * Liaising with Contractors, Architects and End Users * Document management utilising online Intranet based document control systems * Preparation of associated documentation to ensure compliance * Liaison with manufacturing partners Skills and Experience: * Previous experience within Construction Industry * Experience of working with AutoCAD * Focused team player * Commercially aware * Ability to work under pressure and to precise deadlines * Ability to instigate changes for continuous improvement * Excellent communication skills * Full product and system training will be provided This AutoCAD Technician role in Ferndown would suit candidates with strong technical drawing experience and proficiency in AutoCAD.
