We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team in primary schools in the BD2, BD4 and BD7 area of Bradford. As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning, working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality education to students. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of young learners. Key Responsibilities: * Provide support to teachers in delivering lessons, including planning, preparation, and assessment. * Lead small group activities and interventions to support students' learning and development. * Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies. * Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. * Support the individual needs of students, including those with special educational needs (SEN) or English as an additional language (EAL). * Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular activities and events. Requirements: * Relevant qualifications and experience, including a Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. * Experience working in primary education settings, preferably within the Bradford area. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents/carers. * A passion for education and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of young learners. * Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards working in a dynamic school environment. * Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
