SEND HLTA (Provision room lead) - Broad Heath Primary School

Salary: £23,893 - £27,332 FTE per annum. Pro rata to hours/weeks worked Shift hours: 35 Broad Heath is looking to recruit a practitioner passionate about pupils with SEND, to be an integral part in their personal, social and academic development. It is an exciting opportunity to join a school aspiring to provide the very best for all pupils. Working alongside the school’s SENDCo and EYFS lead, the SEND HLTA will be a lead practitioner in a specially resourced room for 8 pupils with SEND. The children all range from reception to Year 1. The team consists of 4 staff members and there will be supervisory duties as part of the role. This is a maternity post and requires the successful candidate to initially follow the provision in place, adapting it accordingly to suit the needs of the children.
