HGV Class 1 Driver

StaffCo Direct are operating as an employment business and actively recruiting for Class 1 Trunking drivers for a company based in Bristol. We are looking for highly motivated Class 1 drivers with valid licenses, who can take on the company’s ethos and assist us in the support of our client’s day-to-day operation. Remuneration (Umbrella Rates): Monday to Friday Days: £22.53 Monday to Friday Nights: £23.86 Saturday Shift AM/PM: £23.04 Sunday Shift AM/PM: £25.03 Other benefits of working for StaffCo Direct include: Online payslips Weekly pay Ongoing assignments Flexible working patterns Responsibilities: Trunking Two to Five drops per day Start times between 05:00-07:00 or 16:00-20:00 Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays Experience/Skills & Competencies: HGV2/ LGV2 UK-issued License is required (Must have license for at least 12 months) Current and Valid CPC and Digi Tacho No more than 6 penalty points (no IN DR or DD codes) Experience driving container loaded trailers Excellent knowledge of the UK road network Great communication skills Professional attitude Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous upon application of this role.
