The ability to inspire, challenge, and hold others to account
Experience in managing budgets and strategic planning
A relentless focus on high standards and a commitment to making a differenceIf you are a strategic thinker with an eye for detail and a desire to see SEND flourish in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment, this is an exceptional opportunity to take on a substantial middle leadership role.
Why Join?
This is a fantastic time to join a thriving school with high aspirations for all students. You will become part of a committed team and have the chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of students with SEND. If you share the school's commitment to excellence and are passionate about inclusive education, we would love to hear from you
